Tim’s extensive background in pharmacy executive roles and IT/analytics specialization brings invaluable expertise to our organization. As the Senior Director of Information Systems & Technology, Tim drives our strategic vision and ensures seamless technology integration.

With a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Information Systems, Tim has been a licensed pharmacist since 2001, holding licenses in 17 states. He began working in renal healthcare in 2011 at MMS Solutions, where he served as Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge, managing day-to-day operations, multimillion-dollar inventories, and regulatory compliance.

Later transitioning to USRC Pharmacy, Tim advanced to dual roles as Executive Director and Director of Analytics, developing programs for ACHC accreditation compliance and managing a $42 million annual revenue pharmacy. He led the conversion to new pharmacy software and a physical move to a new building simultaneously. Tim also engineered a facility wide, automated KPI display system and automated daily order processing workflow, enhancing data accuracy and productivity.

Tim is a proud father of five, committed to quality family time. In his leisure, he enjoys computer programming, expanding his IT and programming skills, going to the zoo, and exploring nature.
