Commencing her journey with PCA in 2016 as the IT Business Intelligence Data Analyst, she adeptly juggled responsibilities, including providing periodic assistance to the IT help desk while spearheading the development of the company’s data analytics infrastructure. Bringing PCA over a decade of invaluable expertise in Information Technology and Data Analytics, Nicole plays a pivotal role in data aggregation from disparate systems and the proficient management of the company’s database ecosystem, to fortifying reporting and analytics across all organizational facets. Although joining the company in 2016, after a brief hiatus, Nicole reemerged in 2023 as the Director of Business Systems Support, where she continues her unwavering commitment to enhancing technical support services for the company. Her academic credentials include a Master’s of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, complemented by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Information System (Engineering) and Management Information System (Business) from the University of South Florida.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicole is a devoted “fur mother” to an amazing dog. In her leisure time, she gravitates towards outdoor pursuits, whether cruising on her trike or walking her dog. Nicole’s interests extend to organic farming/gardening and exploring new destinations through travel.
