The Sun Sentinel surveyed our company along with more than 25,000 employees in South Florida as part of their Top Workplaces initiative, and more than 12,000 employees responded to the survey. Patient Care America has once again been named as one of the top mid-sized companies in South Florida for 2018 by the Sun Sentinel Media Group.
Employees were given the chance to express themselves and many mentioned feeling genuinely appreciated and encouraged to work at their full potential. Employees also voiced their appreciation for their fellow colleagues who share the same dedication and professionalism as they do.
During the survey, some major strengths outlined were the encouragement Patient Care America has for open communication, transparency, integrity, trust, and compassion in each of their team members.
A core comment made by the employees was the amount of confidence they have for the management team’s view on promoting from within as many upper management employees at Patient care America were once in mid-level and sometimes even entry-level positions.
While the survey requires at least 35% response rate, they are completely anonymous and give employees the opportunity to candidly express themselves. The response from each employee, gave the management team an opportunity to focus on what employees love about the company as well as areas that can be identified as opportunities for improvements.
