Ada has over 25 years cumulative work experience entirely in healthcare Revenue Cycle and Provider Services.

She began her career as a Business Analyst for multiple Medicaid fiscal intermediaries, streamlining multiple processes based on state and federal guidelines, including NPI and ICD-10 billing implementations.

Ada worked with other healthcare National corporations such as TeamHealth, VITAS, EDS, ACS, Unisys, and Hewett Packard.

Before joining Patient Care America in 2024, Ada worked several leadership roles in the space of RCM, Provider Enrollment, Medicaid, Pharmacy, Hospice / Palliative Care and Provider Contracting, giving her a diverse understanding of the end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle.

Ada earned a Master’s degree Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Healthcare Risk Management Certification from Florida International University.

Ada is a mother to a talented son and loves spending time cooking, traveling, and learning new things while in the company of her family.
